I’ve been eating at restaurants almost every day for the past five years, and unfortunately, this one goes straight to the bottom of the list. The food was bad almost none of us liked what we ordered and the service was really disappointing. It was my first time coming with several friends, and we all agreed we’d never come back. The waiters were a bit aggressive, especially the one named Saúl on the night shift, who we felt was very unprofessional.
The pear salad was the best thing we ordered. The teriyaki salmon was good, but not great. The ravioli was fair. Must have said three times, “we should have gone to Cheesecake Factory instead.” Do not waste your money on dessert. You will be happier just buying some ice cream at Santa Clara on your way home. Fun place to go to for the novelty of the turning restaurant that allows you to see the entire city from a 360 degree perspective (go before dark for the best views) but once is more than enough - we will not be going back. Definitely overrated and overpriced for what you get. Waiter never checked our table other than when food was delivered.
This is the largest revolving restaurant in the world till this day and it’s located on the 45th floor in Mexico City. The experience is amazing and I can’t recommend the food and drinks any less. It is definitely a one time in a lifetime experience any person should have. ;)
It was an amazing experienced for us. Food were so delicious from starters, main course to dessert. The view was spectacular especially at night. They have a pianist that played excellent! 😍😘❤️
The front end staff was very polite and efficient. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated immediately. I informed staff we had a gluten allergy (celiac), and waiter tried to accommodate us as best as possible. However, our soup still had croutons, lobster chowder had flour, and we think steak might have had a flour gravy. While the view of CDMX was outstanding, and I would invite others to visit. I recommend the staff have an allergy training and people with allergies stay vigilant or face severe consequences.
